danyelle s. goitia beal, MA., BCBA is a Doctor of Psychology (Psy. D) student who is currently completing her coursework and dissertation regarding resiliency factors in Black women who have survived trauma in their youth. danyelle obtained her undergraduate degree at CSU Long Beach in Child Development and Psychology with a minor in Communicative Disorders. She went on to obtain a Masters of Art in Teaching (Deaf and Hard of Hearing Studies) with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis.

After discovering she was pregnant, losing her mother and adopting her little brother, all within the first year of college, danyelle began a journey of self-healing. Through years of therapy and self-reflection, she began to live a life that mattered. She has a passion for and a commitment to working with children and their families who are diagnosed with developmental and psychological disorders. She also has a heart for young Black girls and women who struggle with finding themselves.

danyelle currently operates a Non-Public Agency named Loving Hands Family Support Services and provides support in multiple contexts and settings. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Trevor and has two beautiful daughters, Alyxia Monae and Skylar Rose. danyelle considers God and her family as being the catalyst to everything she does. Overcoming trauma can be monumental and learning to live on purpose can be difficult. Both are very possible if you make that very intentional choice.
