Regina Weatherspoon-Bell is a Wife, Mom, Daughter, Sister, Businesswoman, Non-Profit Founder/CEO, “Creative” Event & Documentary Producer and Community Volunteer.

 

Over the past eight years Regina served as Deputy Director for the First District San Bernardino County Supervisor.  During the past twelve years she’s guided her non-profit, Dreamers, Visionaries & Leaders (DVL) Project to become a well-known established brand providing cultural enrichment programs and scholarships throughout the High Desert. She serves on several Boards including Providence Health Care Regional Board and High Desert Community Foundation. She remains an advisor to the CEO of Lil Mogul Holdings owned by notable actress, director, and producer, Kim Fields.

 

Regina is the recipient of several honors and recognitions for her work and community service.
